Our main requirement is that your rental income can service your mortgage payment. We project your rental income using Airbnb rental data. Your property does not need have a track record as an Airbnb, and your personal income won’t prevent you from qualifying.
Our only other requirement is a modest 620. Access matters to us. If you’re close, just drop us an email, and we can talk through improving your score and getting you qualified.
